In order to ensure the best traceability and guarantee consumers the best quality of our products, Saveurs du Léon has obtained Global Gap and Organic Agriculture certifications. The company is also in the process of Chain of Custody certification.
The in-house development of ERP software makes it possible to know the direct traceability of each product, order recording, inventory management, customer history, etc.

Our actions for the environment
The environment is also essential for Saveurs du Léon. Every day, we act to allow us to reduce and recover our waste.
All plastic films protecting pallets, packaging boxes, wood, etc., are collected by an external company and then recovered to create new packaging or renewable energy.
In areas shared by employees, selective sorting is also carried out: glass, recyclables, other waste.
For the French market, Saveurs du Léon respects the instructions of the AGEC law. We use cellulose nets from wood, plastic-free and biodegradable packaging.
Finally, organic waste (food not conforming to sale or unfit for consumption) is recovered for methanization.
